Why This Atlas Exists
Sunnyrozappypls is an independent reading guide for people planning a first yacht holiday and trying to separate enduring information from sales language.
We focus on the fit between a crew, a coastline and a charter arrangement. That means explaining terms such as bareboat, passage and anchorage in plain English; showing why the Cyclades, Dalmatian Coast, British Virgin Islands and Seychelles feel different; and treating a route as a flexible plan rather than a promise.
This site does not sell charters, publish live availability or replace professional, local or official advice. Conditions at sea change. Before departure and while afloat, use current weather, official charts, notices to mariners, vessel documentation and the instructions of qualified people responsible for the boat.
How we use sources
- Public destination and conservation bodies for enduring regional context.
- Recognised nautical institutions for general safety language and terminology.
- Named sources are linked where they add useful context; no link is an endorsement or booking recommendation.
